Responsibilities The Opportunity Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition Service Delivery strategy and execution across Brazil and SOCO, ensuring the organization attracts, selects, and hires high-quality talent at scale to support accelerated business growth and transformation. The role is accountable for designing and implementing high-volume recruiting strategies, leveraging digital tools and data-driven insights to optimize hiring speed, quality, and candidate experience. Additionally, the position plays a key role in shaping talent strategies that enable workforce readiness, organizational capability building, and business performance across both markets. Your Impact Define and execute Talent Acquisition service delivery strategy for Brazil and SOCO markets (accountable for decision making). Design scalable high-volume recruiting approaches aligned with business growth and workforce planning needs (accountable for decision making). Lead, coach, and develop the TA Service Delivery team, ensuring high performance and capability building (accountable for decision making). Drive adoption of digital recruiting solutions and data analytics to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness (accountable for decision making). Partner with PBPs and business leaders to align talent acquisition priorities with strategic workforce requirements (providing consultation and influencing decisions). Ensure delivery of recruitment KPIs, including time-to-hire, quality of hire, and candidate experience (accountable for execution and performance results). Manage stakeholder communication and governance across markets to ensure alignment on hiring strategies and priorities (accountable for decision making). Identify innovative sourcing strategies to attract scarce and emerging talent profiles (accountable for decision making). Contribute to broader people transformation initiatives by embedding future-ready talent acquisition practices (providing consultation and executing actions). Optimize operational processes and resource allocation to deliver recruitment outcomes at scale (accountable for decision making). Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field Significant experience leading Talent Acquisition operations in complex and high-volume environments Demonstrated capability in digital recruiting tools, talent analytics, and process optimization Experience managing multi-market or regional recruitment scope Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities Fluent English; Spanish and Portuguese preferred If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
