Your New Role
Based in Wytheville, VA, you will:
Lead all on-site construction operations for large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning
Manage subcontractors, superintendents, field engineers, and skilled trades to ensure productivity and accountability
Oversee mechanical, electrical, HVAC, fire suppression, and security system installations in mission-critical environments
Enforce OSHA safety standards and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project schedules, budgets, and scope alignment
Develop and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project
Coordinate inspections, systems integration, and quality assurance processes
Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and executive-level progress updates
Proactively resolve field issues to minimize delays and maintain project momentum
