Overview

Join the Titan Machinery team as General Store Support to assist with equipment sales, parts, service, and rental operations while ensuring a clean and welcoming dealership environment. 

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Excellence: Assist with equipment sales documentation, CRM data, equipment pickups, and customer field demonstrations. Aid in parts shipping, receiving, inventory, and service department administration
• Facility Maintenance: Assist team with gathering accurate equipment details and photos for online advertisement. Assist with warehouse organization, rental product displays, and light custodial tasks to keep the dealership in top shape
• Professional Representation: Maintain a positive, clean and inviting dealership for all visitors

Required: 

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
• Strong customer service skills 
• Keen attention to detail, high level of initiative, and the ability to work independently
