Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.  About the Role The General Manager for Azzurra, serves as the trusted advisor to the Board of Directors and oversees all day-to-day operations of a luxury high rise residential community. The ideal candidate brings 5-7 years of HOA high rise onsite management, advanced project management expertise, deep financial acumen, and the proven ability to navigate complex issues, including litigation, structural defects, and multi-million-dollar budgets. Compensation: up to $190k depending upon experience + comprehensive benefits package Schedule: Monday -Friday business hours; available for evening board meetings and special events.
