YOUR ROLE AS GENERAL MANAGER
As General Manager, you are the strategic leader and ambassador of AC Hotel Mainz. You combine strong commercial acumen with an inspiring leadership style, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and an elevated guest experience aligned with the AC Hotels brand promise.
Your mission: lead a premium lifestyle hotel to sustainable success, commercially, culturally, and operationally.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Lead all hotel operations with a visible, structured, and inspiring leadership approach.
Ensure a refined, seamless, and consistent guest journey aligned with AC brand standards.
Oversee all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance) with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
Drive financial performance, profitability, and long-term value creation.
Take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue strategy.
Develop and empower department heads and teams through coaching and performance management.
Ensure strict compliance with Marriott standards, brand audits, and operational procedures.
Build strong relationships with owners, partners, and the local business and cultural community in Mainz.
Identify opportunities for innovation, service refinement, and operational optimization.
Act as a brand ambassador for AC Hotels, representing the hotel with professionalism and credibility.
