General Manager - IT

Experience:

• 10+ years (Senior) experience in SAP environment.
• Exposure to at least one SAP module or BASIS/ABAP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Any professional qualification i.e. MBA, CA, ICWA, B.Tech
• SAP Certified (e.g., S/4HANA, Fiori, BW/4HANA, BASIS, ABAP, or specific modules).
• Experience with SAP CoE framework, including governance, standardization, and automation.
• Exposure to cloud integrations (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SAP BTP.
• Knowledge of automation tools like RPA, AI/ML within SAP ecosystem.

• SAP Landscape Management
  • Support SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM, BW, etc.) based on business requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability, reliability, and security.
  • Coordinate with BASIS and infrastructure teams for system upgrades, patches, and migrations.
• Business Process Optimization
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to analyze current processes and recommend improvements.
  • Implement best practices to ensure SAP systems deliver maximum business value.
• Project Execution & Change Management
  • Participate in SAP rollouts, upgrades, and enhancement projects.
  • Assist in testing, training, and user adoption initiatives.
• Innovation & Automation
  • Research emerging SAP technologies such as SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, BTP, AI, and RPA.
  • Propose innovative solutions to improve system efficiency and user experience.
• Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure adherence to SAP CoE governance frameworks, standards, and security policies.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to maintain compliance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between IT, business teams, and external vendors.
  • Provide L2/L3 support to resolve critical SAP issues.
