Required Skills:

3+ years of experience in automation preferably in DevOps or workflow automation using

platforms like ServiceNow.

2+ years of experience with AI/GenAI tools, OR >=E2 competency.

Hands-on exposure to LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Azure OpenAI), RPA tools like UiPath.

Strong programming skills in Python (>=E2 competency).

Understanding of prompt engineering concepts and techniques.

Nice-to-Have

Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar frameworks for building LLM-powered

workflows

Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), chatbot design, or knowledge base

integration.
