From day one, you’ll have the opportunity to work on internal projects (I.e. employee servicing chatbot, proposal assistant, staffing assistant, …) within our AI Lab, gaining experience with setting up GenAI solutions. You’ll also contribute to projects for top-tier financial institutions, including initiatives like AI-powered KYC solutions, multi-agent OKR performance management , and AI-led transformation office toolkits.

What will you do?
Your key responsibilities:
Setup GenAI Systems: Design and implement Generative AI solutions, testing and optimizing their performance, minimizing hallucinations, ensuring consistent output quality, and embedding robust guardrails and safety measures.
Integrate and use LLMs: Implement Large Language Models, build RAG architectures including vector databases, embeddings, chunking and retrieval logic.
Craft and Optimize Prompts: Design and refine prompt strategies, including prompt chaining and system prompts, to guide AI models toward accurate and relevant outputs.
Setup Agents: Design and configure AI agents, including multi-agent solutions, balancing automation and human supervision.
Connect Systems and Services: Integrate back-end services, APIs, and business logic to ensure seamless functionality and scalability.
Manage Projective Group Prompt Library: Manage the Projective Group Prompt Library by creating and maintaining a comprehensive collection of prompts and advocate its adoption to ensure consistent day-to-day usage across the organization.
