All resources, and logistics required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering. Accountable for the quality of own work. Subject to direct operations supervision/prescribed work instructions/systems checking. Executes within a well-defined operations framework. There is generally a step by step sequence of standard operational tasks which need to be followed to achieve an end result.

Field Service Engineer – Imaging (CT)

Location: Region East (Sjælland)


Job Description Summary

You will be part of a dedicated service organization, responsible for daily service activities on our customers’ imaging equipment – preferably within CT. Working primarily from your home base, you will operate independently while building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships.
 

Job Description

As a Field Service Engineer, you will perform preventive maintenance, corrective service and Field Modification Instructions (FMI’s) at customer sites. The role involves structured troubleshooting and complex problem solving on technically advanced medical equipment.


In addition to the core service responsibilities described above, the role may include installation tasks as well as upgrades of existing solutions. These activities may be both planned and ad hoc. You will become part of a highly skilled team where collaboration and knowledge sharing are key elements. If required, an initial mentoring phase will be provided to ensure a solid introduction to tasks, systems and workflows.


You will be responsible for planning and executing customer visits, documenting completed work, managing spare parts and handling service-related administration. You will have primary responsibility for customer sites within your local region but must be prepared for travel and overnight stays when required.


Qualifications and Experience

• Valid Class B driver’s license

• EU work permit

• Experience from the medical device industry or similar technical field service roles

• Knowledge of IT environments

• Ability to work independently and with accountability

• Strong customer focus and structured working style
