Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain large-scale data pipelines using BigQuery, Dataproc, Data Flow, PubSub, and Cloud Storage/Cloud Pubsub on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet those needs.
  • Ensure high availability, scalability, security, and performance of cloud-based applications.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues related to data processing workflows and system failures.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-12 years of experience as a developer with expertise in GCP Cloud technologies such as BigQuery, Dataproc, Data Flow etc. .
  • Experience working with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes Docker Swarm.
