About the Role
As a Garage Coating Install Associate, you’ll help transform our customers’ garage floors using our industry-leading coating system—featuring a durable polyurea base coat and our exclusive polyaspartic top coat with a polycarbonate additive. This proprietary solution is stronger and more resilient than traditional epoxy, delivering a long-lasting, high-performance finish. In this role, you’ll support the installation team in preparing surfaces, mixing materials, and applying coatings that meet our exacting quality standards. You'll receive hands-on and classroom training designed to build your technical skills, with a clear path to grow into a Lead Installer role. Key Responsibilities
Assemble and install garage organization systems based on detailed design plans (not Garage door installation - coatings, scraping, etc.)
Transport and handle products safely and efficiently on job sites
Communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to all company standards
Problem-solve on the fly and maintain high accuracy in all measurements and cuts
Key Qualifications
Ability to read design drawings and translate them into accurate installations
Skilled in using hand and power tools with precision
Strong organizational habits and attention to detail
Physically able to lift, carry, and assemble products in varied conditions
Comfortable working at least 2 weekends per month
Proactive and solutions-oriented under pressure

Schedule & Location
This is a full-time, in-field role within the Charlotte and surrounding area. Requires availability for occasional weekend shifts (at least 2 per month).
