03/13/2026 Brief Description: Lead Man/Pot Operator-Galvanizing Line Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Detail understanding of “TAKE CONTROL of SAFETY” expectations, along with an excellent safety record. • Drive all components of TCOS (High risk exposures, PSIF initiatives/management, etc.) • Responsible for product quality, productivity, and safety leadership (including incident reports & accident investigations). Operations include furnace and set-ups, zinc pot operations & maintenance, coating weight control, coating appearance, tension leveling/temper rolling operations and preventative maintenance on all equipment. • Mechanical knowledge and ability Required • Excellent Leadership skills • Ability to multitask, organizational skills & excellent communication. • Must be willing to obtain training and certification on both Galv lines
