Our Future You Programs aim to develop emerging talent in the telecommunications sector. By nurturing and deploying this talent, we enhance connectivity, break down silos, and bring diverse skills and perspectives to our teams. Early Careers Program
In the heart of Barangaroo, our 18-month Early Careers Program sees you join a cohort of other ambitious early-in-career professionals, where you work on challenging and meaningful projects within either our Technology or Enterprise, Government and Wholesale departments, adding value as a permanent employee from day one. Our program offers you the chance to rotate through different teams, providing diverse experiences and insights across multiple areas.
We have created a very connected community for our graduates by deliberately facilitating opportunities for them to network, collaborate, and ensure they have peer support. Internships
Exclusively for our Frontline employees, we provide a unique opportunity to gain exposure within our corporate business via our 12-month Internship Program. This program is designed to kick-start their careers by providing them with an opportunity to work alongside and learn from experts and senior leaders across our business, with exposure to new and exciting challenges.
Our program allows our internal Retail and Frontline employees to spend a minimum of two days per week as interns within a corporate function to work with a team. This creates an opportunity for them to bring their experience gained in the various frontline channels, along with their innovative thinking, problem solving skills, and the voice of the customer, to all we do.
