Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience repairing wood furniture, performing touch-ups, and using power tools with precision. A strong understanding of color matching, finishing techniques, and restoration best practices is essential. You must be able to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities:

Inspect furniture for damage and determine the best repair method
Perform wood furniture repairs including structural fixes, refinishing, touch-ups, and re-gluing
Use power tools, hand tools, and finishing materials safely and effectively
Match stains, paints, and finishes using color theory knowledge for accurate touch-ups
Restore furniture to like-new condition with attention to detail and craftsmanship
Work collaboratively with delivery teams, warehouse staff, and other technicians
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
Keep records of repairs, materials used, and time spent on jobs
Follow company procedures and quality standards

Qualifications:

Proven experience in furniture repair, woodworking, or related field
Strong understanding of power tools, hand tools, and finishing techniques
Knowledge of wood types, stains, and color matching
Good eye for detail and craftsmanship
