FUNCTIONAL HR BUSINESS PARTNER IBERIA
At DHL Supply Chain, we are looking for an HR Business Partner for functional positions across Iberia, based at our headquarters in San Fernando de Henares.
Role Responsibilities:
• To ensure the implementation of DSC HR Strategy and identifies the deployment approach for own diferent funtional area.
• Understand local business context, issues and challenges to provide specific advice to Business Managers. Deliver HR solutions as appropriate to enhance business performance
• Play an active role within their leadership team, contributing to and influencing in the definition and implementation of the HR plans.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities across HR processes and procedures & and design Actions Plans and follow up.
• Develops strong, trusting relationships with funtional directors and HR teams across MLEMEA
• Reviews organizational efficiency and uses outputs to recommend changes to organizational set up in conjunction with agreed organization design principles.
• Act as a coach to business leads to increase leadership capability.
• Deploy initiatives to increase employee satisfaction, performance, retention and effective communication at all levels.
• Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects aligned to the business strategy.
• Ensure delivery of HR processes for the area in scope, aligned to group-wide processes and timelines.
• Support managers to develop and deliver solutions for organization design, forecasting resourcing needs and identifying future talent requirements
• To contribute to achieving the goals on environmental matters following guidelines and policies defined by the organization.
• Take part in the process of communication and implementation of the specific procedures and processes derived from the deployment of environmental management and energy efficiency integrated system.
Requirements for the Job:
• At least 5 years of experience in similar roles within multinational environments.
• Deeply knowledge of the different areas within HR (Comp&Ben, IR, Payroll, Recruitment, Learning, Development).
• Advanced level of English
• Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field
• A Master’s degree in Human Resources is a plus
