At Uniplaces, we’re on a mission to empower student mobility by making it easier to find accommodation. Backed by top-tier investors like Atomico, Octopus Investments, Shilling Capital Partners, and Caixa Capital, we’re solving real-life challenges to help students worldwide — faster and better.
We are an internationally-minded company with a talented team and global ambitions. Our decisions are driven by our core values - Passion, Impact, Trust, and Team Spirit - which we strive to create an environment where everyone feels accountable and empowered to achiever their full potential.
About the Product Team 💡
We’re a technology-driven startup, and our online platform is at the heart of everything we do. It’s how we deliver the best possible experience to both students and landlords. That’s why the Product Team is absolutely core to Uniplaces’ success.
Our engineering culture is built on high-quality architecture, domain-driven design, and long-term technical thinking. We believe great managers stay close to the code, lead by example, and empower teams to make sound technical decisions.
The Product Team brings together engineers, product designers, and product managers who work closely to turn ambitious ideas into reality. Collaboration is central to how we operate: everyone has a voice, whether you’re working with code, data, scripts, or infrastructure.
Join Us as Full Stack Development Intern! 👨💻
🎯 In this role, you will grow as an engineer with guidance and mentorship from experienced engineers, receiving continuous feedback as you work on assigned tasks. By the end of the internship, you’ll be expected to work independently and take ownership of your contributions.
💻 You will work closely with system integration, a key part of our platform, so is important to have a solid foundation in JavaScript and Node.js through hands-on experience.
🤝 More important than specific technologies, we value curiosity and a strong willingness to learn. You’ll be encouraged to ask questions, adapt quickly, and continuously improve as part of a collaborative engineering team.
