Full Stack Developer, Vice President

We're seeking someone to join our Security Development team as a VP - Tech Lead role in Cyber to drive FASTP VPN Self-Service & Automation needs to deliver a new customer-facing VPN PSK/Cipher refresh application and backend automation.

This is a Lead Software position at Vice President level, which is part of the job family responsible for developing and maintaining software solutions that support business needs.

What you'll do in the role:
- Communicate regularly with product leads across the technology organization and discuss opportunities for improvement to existing and future technology solutions.
- Drive the team to meet the product plan
- Ensure the quality of the product, solve critical problems of products
- Guide and mentor the team members to contribute to product smoothly
-Manage communication about requirements and come up with tech architecture design.
-Research, develop tech solutions based on communicated requirements and tech design.
-Enhance existing Security Development security solutions prioritized based on client feedback, issues on PROD, technical discussion etc.
-Manage automated testing for the solutions.
-Manage documentation/support procedures and assist operation/SRE team for operational work.
-Manage software SLDC in the development circle.

What you'll bring to the role:
- Ability to effectively manage multiple functions or guide junior staff and initiatives.
- Advanced understanding of business line and discipline with some knowledge of competitive environment and other disciplines.
- Advanced technology knowledge to drive end to end SDLC
- At least 6 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong knowledge of core Java/J2EE technologies.

• Strong knowledge of Python.

• Strong knowledge of using open-source frameworks like Spring Framework, FLASK.

• Strong knowledge of test driven development methodology.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools like (GIT, Jenkins, Team City)

• Strong knowledge of using relational database, like JDBC, SQL, Store Procedure.

• Strong knowledge of front-end technologies like React or Angular.

• Strong knowledge of non-functional requirements: input validation, entitlement control, performance enhancement of products.

• Strong knowledge of Docker, Ansible, Kubernetes, Splunk, Public Cloud management

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with a collaborative approach.

Desired Skills:

• Experience of using scripting language. e.g. Shell, Regular expression

• Experience with Agile methodology, e.g. spring planning, daily Scrum, retrospective etc.

• Basic knowledge of using Linux.

• Basic networking knowledge.

• Basic knowledge of information security, such as IAM, DLP, Crypto etc
