About the role 🚀
This role is focused on Spain, one of Bigblue’s most operationally critical markets today and a key pillar of future network expansion.
The Operations Manager will own end-to-end warehouse operations, including performance, cost, capacity, and execution quality, with a strong hands-on presence in the day-to-day operations.
This is not a purely strategic role. Bigblue is an execution-driven company, and this position requires being deeply immersed in daily operations, on the warehouse floor, working directly with teams and partners to identify issues and drive improvements in real time.
