The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Class 1 LGV Bitumen Driver to join our team based at Grays, working 50 hours across Monday to Friday nights shift pattern with alternating start times per week.

Pay Rates:

  • £19.50 per hour with 10 hour guarantee per shift

  • £2.31 per hour – London weighting allowance

  • £26.00 per hour overtime (applicable after 10 hours worked Monday-Friday)

  • £26.00 per hour overtime for Saturday

  • £32.50 per hour overtime for Sundays

  • £32.50 per hour for worked hours on Bank Holidays (plus day in lieu)

  • £34.00 per Night shift worked

  • £4.15 meal payment per shift
