Accountabilities:
- Drive new business development by identifying, qualifying, and cultivating high-net-worth prospects, with a focus on fiduciary and investment management relationships.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities, leveraging networking, centers of influence, and research tools to generate qualified leads.
- Achieve net asset under management (AUM) growth and revenue targets through disciplined prospecting and relationship expansion.
- Serve as the primary advisor for assigned client relationships, ensuring a high-touch, customized wealth management experience.
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies and asset allocation approaches in collaboration with internal advisory teams.
- Lead the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and marketing materials in coordination with internal partners.
- Maintain full ownership of client experience while ensuring seamless coordination across product, investment, and service teams.
- Ensure all activities align with regulatory standards, risk management policies, and fiduciary responsibilities.
- 10+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or private banking, with a strong focus on high-net-worth client portfolios.
- Proven track record of building and managing a book of business with significant annual revenue responsibility.
- Strong expertise in financial markets, investment strategies, and portfolio management concepts.
- Demonstrated success in business development, prospecting, and relationship acquisition at the HNW/UHNW level.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based advisory model while maintaining individual accountability for results.
- Active Series 65, Series 66, or equivalent professional designation (CFA, CFP, ChFC, CIC, or PFS preferred).
