Front Desk Agent
Effectively check guests into and out of the resort by performing the following duties.
As the Front Desk Agent, you will provide:
- Greets, registers, and assigns rooms to guests.
- Issues room keys and provides escort instructions to bellhops.
- Date-stamps, sorts, and racks incoming mail and messages.
- Transmits and receives telephone messages.
- Answers inquiries pertaining to hotel services, guest registration, and shopping, dining, entertainment, and travel directions.
- Maintains records of room availability and guest accounts.
- Computes bills, collects payment, and makes change for guests.
- Makes and confirms reservations.
- Posts charges such as room, food, liquor, or telephone to the ledger.
- Makes restaurant, transportation, or entertainment reservations and arranges tours.
- Assists guests with the deposit of valuables in the hotel safe or safe deposit boxes.
- Performs nightly bucket checks.
- Listens to guest concerns and identifies appropriate solutions.

- High school diploma or general education degree GED.
- The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds.
- Follow instructions without close supervision.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
