• Ensure the weighting scales are set correctly before packing.

• Ensure the production label write clearly and correctly the part number before packing.

• Ensure to record all the items have been packed everyday at Outgoing Packing List.

• To update the racking map if there is any changes and inform the Sales Clerk or Superior .

• Ensure all the goods are placed in good condition and tidy.

• Ensure the repack of goods done correctly according to Shipment list that been provided by

Sales Clerk.

• Keep the workplace clean and tidy everyday before and after work.

• Ensure the FIFO are done correctly for all the shipment before sent the goods to Customer.

• Ensure all the goods are stamp by QC before put at the Store (FGS) or sent the goods to

Customer.

• Ensure all the goods are same as Delivery Order / Invoice before sent the goods to Customer.

• Re-confirm all boxes label information to prevent wrong label and sampling inspection to

prevent wrong and mixed part.

• Load finished goods.

• Conduct periodically stock taking / stock check.
