Job Descriptions
- Perform FAI parts dimensional inspection on machined and fabricated parts using precision measuring instruments(vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge, bore gauge, dial indicator, thread gauge, etc.).
- Generate Offline CMM program for NPI parts based on Stp file & customer drawing.
- Support to amend CMM program for ECN parts.
- Support FQC inspection when needed.
- Records all the parts status to Job loading systems once done inspection.
- Must be a good team player to work with NPI team regards on the QC measurement methods.
Job Requirements
- Well versed on QC measurement equipment eg: CMM, Vernier Caliper, Thread gauge, Pin gauge. Must able to do simple calculation.
- Must have minimum 2 years of offline programmer experience. Must well versed PCDMIS offline programming.
- Must well versed PCDMIS offline programming.
- Minimum 2 years working in Quality Control department.
