- Evaluate assembly process and ensure adherence to product requirement.
- Monitor and work together with technician to close the gap of process deviation and improve efficiency.
- Study product requirements, design jig and fixture to aid and simplify assembly process.
- Provide training and guidance to technician.
- Handle RFQ and develop Bill of Material for new products.
- Assist manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
