In order to strengthen our international team, we are now looking for highly communicative freelancers for our Dutch speaking customer care team. Zenith Quality Services Ltd. (ZQS) offers international companies professional support in their daily business operations, particularly focused on secretarial services, customer reception and phone management.

As a Freelance Call Center Agent, you are the first contact person for many small and medium-sized companies. You greet customers' callers in a friendly and competent manner, take down call back requests or put calls through, make appointments, take orders and provide information.
