About Nabi
Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years. We’re starting out with building a new agentic health system focused on treating eating disorders, where we empower clinicians with agents to deliver continuous care. We’ve already served tens of thousands of members and have raised over $10M from some of the leading VC firms in Silicon Valley.
Why we need you
As a founding engineer, you’ll be responsible for building the engine that help clinicians practice care at the top of their licensure. From patient-facing care delivery workflows to clinical research tools, you’ll be pioneering a new model of care. This is a critical role for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and cares deeply about advancing the frontier of care.
What You’ll Do
Build Agentic Care: integrate our Command Center (EHR) product with our intersession product Callie to allow for clinicians to collaborate with agents in delivering continuous care.
Develop new patient onboarding tools to streamline intake and setup.
Collaborate closely with clinical and operational stakeholders to ship fast, reliable systems that help patients recover faster.
What We’re Looking For
Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco — this is an in-person role
Detail-oriented with strong design instincts — you care about clean UX, polished UI, and building tools that feel great to use.
Scrappy and fast-moving — you get things done quickly without sacrificing quality, and you’re comfortable building in ambiguity with little instruction.
Fast learner — you ramp up quickly on new tools, systems, and domains. You stay abreast to the latest technology and its developments.
Deep empathy & mission alignment — you care about building for real people, especially patients and the clinicians who serve them
Clear communicator — you are a team player who is able to distill complex problems and communicate them concisely.
Strong candidates may also have
Experience with React Native and the JavaScript/TypeScript stack (React, Node, etc.)
Strong product and design instincts
