Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Soxton’s brand identity and design language

• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams on new features and user experiences

• Create user-focused design solutions for web, mobile, and marketing materials

• Drive the vision for UX/UI best practices and advocate for design thinking throughout the organization

• Build and lead the foundation of the future design team as the company grows

Must Haves

• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design, UI/UX, and branding expertise

• 3+ years of experience designing for digital products or leading design projects

• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• Passion for solving complex problems with creative design solutions
