As the founding Customer Success Specialist, you will lead the post-sale journey for youth academies and sports centers. You will design onboarding processes, ensure customer ROI, and act as the primary voice of the customer. This is a high-impact role building the CS function from scratch at a growing NYC startup.

What you will do:
Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience for new youth sports academies to ensure seamless AI integration and rapid value realization.
Manage ongoing client relationships and retention efforts, translating complex product features into simple, actionable business outcomes for non-technical users.
Partner with the product team to provide internal customer feedback, driving the feature roadmap based on real-world usage and academy owner needs.
The ideal candidate:
Background in management, tech, or implementation consulting with a strong desire to transition into a hands-on, early-stage startup environment.
Proven ability to manage client relationships with a bias toward action and high empathy for small business operators and educators.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical value propositions into simple, relatable terms for non-technical audiences.
