What we do
Achmea Impact Ventures is a corporate startup studio—we create startups from scratch.
We become your co-founder.
That means:
You bring a clear product idea that fits within one of our focus areas
We support you with a salary, funding (up to €500K), and a dedicated team
Together, we validate the problem, build the MVP, and take it to market
If successful, we spin out the company with you in the lead, and with significant equity for you.
What you’ll do
As the CPO-founder, you’ll:
Validate user needs and sharpen the problem statement with our researchers
Shape the product roadmap and define the MVP scope
Work closely with developers, designers, and data engineers to build and test the product
Lead early user testing, feedback cycles, and feature prioritization
Build and lead the product team as the venture grows
Work alongside a technical co-founder (if matched during the process)
What we offer
Funding: Up to €500K, provided in stages based on traction
Salary: You’ll be paid from day one to focus full-time on the venture
Dedicated build team: Product designers, data engineers, software engineers, marketers, and researchers
Network access: Achmea can open doors, be your first customer, or connect you with partners
Structured process: Clear milestones, commercial sparring, and founder coaching
Founder equity: up to 70%
