Founding AI Engineer

We are looking for a founding AI engineer to lead the mission to solve voice AI, shaping our technical strategy while owning its hands-on implementation.

Until now, we have been pushing fine-tuning, small model architecture tweaks, and data pipelines to their limits as a team of product-focused engineers. This allowed us to build a successful commercial product, powered by advanced components we created ourselves, like our industry-leading Polish ASR for telephony.

Your mission is to push beyond our current limits by leading R&D in real-time understanding and reasoning. Expect to research and develop speech to text systems, multimodal LLMs, and collaborate with the rest of the team on data pipelines that fuel entire development.
