You support our Co-founders with their respective leadership responsibility in sales & marketing and customer success management, product management and company building
You own strategically significant projects from idea generation to operational execution
You streamline and professionalize major parts of our business, driving continuous improvement in all areas of our business, thus laying the foundations for a rapid growth and smooth operations.
You are a special agent and trouble shooter, saving the akiro world through mitigating risk and addressing urgent requirements whenever needed
You support financial and performance reporting and investor relations

Currently enrolled in a German university at the Bachelor’s or Master’s level in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable curriculum
First previous working experience
Fluent in English (mandatory) and German (strong bonus)
Exceptional verbal communication skills
Proficient skills in MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PPT, Teams)
Strong interpersonal skills
Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced international environment
