Senior Regional HR Partner – Employee Relations (Latin America)

📍 Brazil | Regional Scope

We’re looking for a Senior Regional HR Partner with deep Employee Relations expertise to support leaders across Latin America. This role is critical in managing complex ER cases, leading investigations, and ensuring compliance with country‑specific labor laws, while protecting culture and enabling strong leadership decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead high‑risk, complex ER cases end‑to‑end, including investigations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and separations
  • Conduct and oversee workplace investigations (harassment, discrimination, retaliation, ethics)
  • Advise senior leaders on legal risk, compliance, and defensible decision‑making
  • Apply HR policies in line with local labor laws across Latin America
  • Coach leaders on ER best practices and manager accountability

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of HR experience, with strong focus on Employee Relations
  • Proven investigation experience and senior‑leader advisory capability
  • Solid knowledge of employment law (multi‑country LATAM experience preferred)
  • High judgment, discretion, and comfort operating in ambiguity
