Summary:
Seeking an IAM professional with 6-7 years of experience, specializing in ForgeRock AM, ForgeRock IDM, and ForgeRock DS. Proficient in SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth), troubleshooting, and production support.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain ForgeRock AM across various environments.
- Provide production support, perform debugging, and resolve Priority 1 and 2 incidents.
- Develop and enforce policies for SSO, Federation (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect), and MFA.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and propose problem management strategies.
- Deliver service activity reports and ensure smooth IAM operations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders for IAM integrations and continuous enhancements.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience with ForgeRock AM, IDM, DS, and policy enforcement.
- Deep understanding of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, SOAP, and WS-Security.
- Skilled in Java, JavaScript, and API development.
- Proficient in LDAP, Windows Server, Linux/Unix, and application server environments.
- Experienced in RCA, debugging, and resolving high-priority issues.
- Proven ability to optimize IAM systems and provide effective break-fix support.
Additional Information:
- IAM or ForgeRock certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
- Willing to take on complex IAM challenges and support ongoing improvements.
