About the Role:
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Foreman/Manager to oversee operations across multiple properties, including manufactured home communities, a seasonal campground, and a storage facility. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations across multiple properties
- Supervise and schedule a crew of 4–6 employees
- Delegate tasks and provide on-site training and leadership
- Oversee septic system maintenance (installation knowledge or license helpful)
- Operate and maintain light construction equipment for property improvements and repairs
- Oversee landscaping, plowing, and general grounds maintenance
- Ensure all sites are safe, clean, and well-maintained year-round
- Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, staff, and vendors
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in property management, construction, or a related field
- Strong leadership and crew management skills
- Experience with landscaping, snow removal, and general maintenance
- Ability to operate and maintain light construction equipment
- Septic system knowledge (installation experience or license a plus)
- Reliable, organized, and self-motivated with strong people skills
