THE JOB:
As a TAP Food Server, you will set the stage for an exceptional guest experience by accurately taking and delivering food orders, while maintaining a clean and organized service area. By understanding our guests’ unique stories and needs, you'll create memorable WOW moments that leave a lasting impression well beyond their visit.
THE STARTING RATE: $7.25 plus tips
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Welcome guest with a warm, friendly demeanor to create a positive and inviting first impression
Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, including all courses and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage
Keep assigned areas, including side stations, tables and POS stations, clean, organize and well-stocked
Communicate effectively with management, culinary staff, and team members to address guest request and ensure seamless service
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Provides exceptional service and takes pride in their work.
Thrives in a fast-paced environment and effectively manages multiple tasks at once.
Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
Brings previous experience as a Food Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment (preferred)
Must be 19 years of age or older

5 + plus years of prior relevant experience in a high-paced environment with food service
