Food & Beverage Supervisor

Sodexo is growing! We are looking for a Food Service Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This position is a full-time role. You'll be responsible for daily breakfast and lunch service, supervising the server team, assigning work duties and following through with daily responsibilities.  This role requires experience with high-end service and direct client interaction.  

A high school diploma, table service training - food service or equivalent experience is required. You must have a minimum of 3 years experience. You must respect the highest standards of hygiene, work effectively under pressure and be able to anticipate and solve problems.  Smart Serve certification, First Aid and CPR, Food Handler is required.

You will be responsible for supervising and ensuring that an exceptional level of service is achieved for all clients by focusing on employee training, performance management and leadership. 

You will be asked to guide staff in a productive and efficient manner by ensuring service delivery and event planning standards are met.  Ensure that employees comply with all company and local government rules, policies and regulations regarding health safety, food safety and fire and hazard safety. You will also have to assist with inventory management and any other related duties that may be requested.
