Ensure proper handling and storage of food items

Coordinate with kitchen and other departments for smooth service

Support team members during peak hours

Participate in daily briefings and training sessions

Adhere to Holiday Inn Express service culture and grooming standards

Maintain professional appearance and behavior at all times

Ensure consistency in service delivery as per SOPs
