As a Food & Beverage Attendant in Champagne Bar, you will be a gracious ambassador of French elegance, delivering intuitive, personalised service and curating moments of indulgence that linger long after the last sip.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver refined, attentive food and beverage service within a luxury Champagne Bar environment
• Prepare and serve champagne, cocktails, wines, and culinary offerings with precision, artistry, and pride
• Share your knowledge of our beverage collection, guiding guests through thoughtful, tailored recommendations
• Maintain an impeccably presented bar that reflects five-star brand, presentation, and hygiene standards
• Collaborate seamlessly with the team to ensure every service is fluid, elegant, and elevated
• Embody the art of French hospitality with a positive, professional, and “can-do” attitude

About You

• A solid foundation in wines, cocktails, and spirits, or a strong willingness to learn and grow.
• Highly motivated with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every guest experience is flawless
• Previous experience in a high-end or fine dining environment is preferred but not essential
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to engage guests and anticipate their needs
• Consistently professional in appearance and demeanour, proudly representing the Sofitel brand at all times
• Hold a current and valid Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
• Flexible and reliable, with availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
