Technical Support Consultant for a global Support-as-a-Service leader, delivering secure customer and technical support for clients in 60 languages across diverse industries.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
  • 1–3 years of experience in technical or customer support
  • Experience with eCommerce, web hosting, and billing systems (Stripe, PayPal)
  • Ability to handle billing inquiries, refunds, subscriptions, and account issues
  • Basic web hosting support knowledge (logins, site access, domain checks)
  • Technical background with basic HTML and CSS knowledge
  • Experience with CRM tools and Confluence
  • Strong analytical thinking and research skills
  • Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
  • Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
