Technical Support Consultant for a global Support-as-a-Service leader, delivering secure customer and technical support for clients in 60 languages across diverse industries.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 level)
- 1–3 years of experience in technical or customer support
- Experience with eCommerce, web hosting, and billing systems (Stripe, PayPal)
- Ability to handle billing inquiries, refunds, subscriptions, and account issues
- Basic web hosting support knowledge (logins, site access, domain checks)
- Technical background with basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience with CRM tools and Confluence
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload)
