Air Charter Service – the world’s leading air charter broker with 33+ offices worldwide – is looking for polished, discreet, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Flight Representative Team in the following airports: SFO, OAK, SJC
What You’ll Do:
As an ACS Flight Rep, you’ll be our eyes and ears on the ground, representing the brand and supporting our operations with precision and professionalism.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Greeting and assisting VIP clients during arrivals and departures
• Liaising with flight crew, pilots, and flight attendants
• Coordinating with FBO staff and ground handlers
• Providing live updates to ACS brokers via your own phone (WhatsApp, calls, and email)
• Confirming fueling and aircraft status
• Taking discreet aircraft photos
• Completing a post-flight report with valuable feedback
This is often invisible work, but for the right person, it’s deeply rewarding. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless private aviation experience.
What We’re Looking For:
• Discreet, professional, and well-presented individuals
• Exceptional attention to detail and proactive attitude
• Confident, clear communicators
• Dependable and calm under pressure
• Comfortable using your own phone for WhatsApp, email, and calls
• Previous experience in aviation, FBOs, or luxury service is a plus

Pay:
• Departures: $250 USD
• Arrivals: $150 USD
• Multiple Legs: From $350-$400 USD
