Senior Supply Manager
Senior Supply Manager
Can you help us fix the world's most broken supply chain?
The fashion industry produces over 100 billion garments a year. 60% end up in landfill — not because people don't want these clothes, but because the supply chain for getting secondhand fashion from donation to resale is completely offline, manual, and broken.
Fleek is fixing this. Our mission is to make secondhand the first choice. We're building the infrastructure powering the global secondhand clothing trade — through a B2B marketplace and the AI systems digitising the supply chain behind it.
Through Fleek, vintage stores, online resellers, and retail buyers source graded secondhand inventory directly from wholesalers and rag houses across multiple countries. Our key enabler is FleekSort — an AI model fine-tuned on secondhand fashion — that can grade, price, and categorise items with just a photo, turning what has historically been an opaque and manual trade into a structured, searchable, and tradable global inventory layer.
Since 2022, we've saved 9 million items from landfill and tripled in size year-on-year. We've raised ~$50M from a16z, Y Combinator, Burda Principal Investments, HV Capital, and others, and have recently closed our Series B. Our advisors and private investors include operators behind Depop, Shopify, and Postmates.
Today, we serve thousands of resellers and retailers across the UK, Europe, and the US. With the secondhand fashion market projected to reach $350B by 2027, Fleek is building the AI-native operational and financial backbone for secondhand commerce globally.
We're looking for people who want to build something that matters — and move fast doing it. Sound good? Keep reading.
About the Role
This is a Senior Supply Manager role on Fleek's Supply team. You'll own the strategy and execution behind how we acquire, retain, and grow the supplier base that powers our marketplace. Without great supply, nothing else works — you'll be the person making sure the right inventory, in the right volumes and quality, is flowing through the platform.
You'll work cross-functionally with our demand/buyer team, marketing, finance, and senior leadership to ensure supply-side health, negotiate commercial terms with strategic suppliers, and build the programs that turn one-time sellers into long-term partners.
Why This Role Stands Out
Fleek's marketplace only works if both sides of the equation are strong. The supply side of secondhand fashion is fragmented, relationship-driven, and largely offline — which is exactly what makes it a massive opportunity.
You won't be managing a spreadsheet of vendor contacts. You'll be building a supply acquisition engine from the ground up — identifying high-potential supplier segments and geographies, designing engagement programs that drive loyalty and retention, and negotiating the commercial structures that make Fleek the obvious choice for wholesalers and rag houses globally.
The platform handles 500,000+ items a month today and will surpass a million by end of year. You'll have direct line of sight into how your work translates into marketplace liquidity, category coverage, and revenue. When you onboard a new supplier segment or fix a gap in inventory, you'll see the impact in buyer satisfaction and GMV the same week.
What Makes You a Fleek Supply Manager?
Commercially Minded: You think in terms of margins, pricing structures, and unit economics. You've negotiated terms that created value for both sides — and you know when to push and when to partner.
Strategically Driven: You don't just manage suppliers — you build supply strategies. You can identify where the next wave of inventory will come from and position Fleek to capture it before the competition does.
Data-Informed: You use dashboards, not gut instinct, to make decisions. You track supply health metrics, spot patterns in seasonality and quality, and turn data into action before problems become crises.
Relationship Builder: You know that in a fragmented, offline industry, trust matters more than anything. You build genuine relationships with suppliers and understand their business well enough to make Fleek indispensable to them.
Cross-Functional Operator: You work seamlessly across teams. You're as comfortable briefing senior leadership on supply performance as you are coordinating with finance on payment terms or partnering with marketing on supplier acquisition campaigns.
What You'll Do
Own Supply Acquisition Strategy: Identify high-potential supplier segments, geographies, and sourcing channels. Build and execute the roadmap for growing Fleek's supplier base across existing and new markets.
Align Supply with Demand: Collaborate closely with the demand/buyer side to ensure the right categories, quality grades, and volumes are flowing through the marketplace. Close the feedback loop between what buyers want and what suppliers deliver.
Design Supplier Engagement & Retention Programs: Build loyalty incentives, feedback loops, and reactivation campaigns that keep suppliers active, growing, and choosing Fleek over alternatives.
Negotiate Commercial Terms: Own pricing structures, payment terms, and exclusivity arrangements with strategic suppliers. Structure deals that drive volume while protecting margins.
Monitor Marketplace Supply Health: Track gaps, seasonality patterns, and quality issues in real time. Act proactively — not reactively — to maintain inventory depth and coverage across categories.
Report on Supply Performance: Build and maintain clear dashboards for senior leadership with actionable insights on supply-side KPIs, risks, and opportunities.
Coordinate with Finance: Partner with the finance team on supplier payment terms, reconciliation, and commercial modelling to ensure supply economics work at scale.
Drive Supplier Marketing: Work with marketing on supplier acquisition campaigns and brand positioning within the supplier community — making Fleek the marketplace suppliers want to be on.
What You Bring
4–7 years of experience in supply management, vendor management, procurement, or marketplace operations — ideally in a B2B marketplace, e-commerce, or logistics environment.
Commercial negotiation experience. You've structured and closed deals with suppliers or vendors. You understand pricing, payment terms, and how to build mutually beneficial commercial relationships.
Marketplace or platform thinking. You understand two-sided dynamics — how supply quality and depth directly affect buyer behaviour, retention, and revenue.
Analytical capability. You're comfortable with data — building dashboards, running queries, interpreting supply metrics, and using insights to inform strategy.
Cross-functional collaboration. You've worked across commercial, operations, finance, and marketing teams. You know how to align stakeholders and drive outcomes across functions.
Experience in fragmented or offline industries — fashion, textiles, logistics, food, agriculture, or similar. You know what it takes to digitise and structure a supply base that's historically been relationship-driven.
Startup or scale-up experience. You've operated in environments where you had to build processes from scratch, move fast, and own outcomes end to end.
Strong communication skills. You can present supply strategy to leadership, write a supplier outreach email, and negotiate terms in the same afternoon.
Nice to Have
Experience in the secondhand, vintage, or circular fashion space
Familiarity with international supply chains and cross-border trade
Background in building supplier scoring, tiering, or quality frameworks
Experience with CRM or marketplace tools for supplier management
A genuine excitement for building something from scratch in a category that didn't exist three years ago
This Role Isn't for You If You Want:
A pure procurement role where you just process purchase orders — this is strategic and commercial
To work in a fully structured environment with established playbooks — you'll be building the playbook
A fully remote role — this team works from London 3–4 days a week and collaboration in person is central to how we operate
A narrow, siloed scope — you'll work across commercial, data, marketing, and finance
Slow-moving decision cycles — we move fast and expect you to as well
Ready to build the supply engine for the world's fastest-growing fashion economy? If you want to work on genuinely hard problems, with a world-class team, at a company that's tripling
annually — we'd love to hear from you
