03/13/2026 Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Be above reproach in all actions. • Ability to manage crews ensuring shift-to-shift operations run smoothly. • Ability to multi-task. • Strong organizational skills. • Excellent communications skills. • Apply safety practices and train crews to them daily. • Coordinate operations and maintenance activities of hourly personnel through both planned and unplanned production and downtime activities. • Lead safety meetings and toolbox talks with employees and contractors Required • Understanding and execution of TCOS program. • Exemplary safety attitude and demonstrated commitment to safety. • Excellent safety and attendance record. • Certified on mobile equipment. • Must be able to work scheduled and unscheduled overtime. • Demonstrated ability as a leader with clear and effective verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to multi-task with strong organizational skills. • Innovative approach in support of continual improvement in work practices and process control. • Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks Preferred • Current experience in SDI Biocarbon day to day operations. • Knowledge of the pelletizing process and related equipment. • Knowledge of the woodyard and chipping process. • Medical responder, confined space rescue team, rope rescue team.
