Scope & Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives.

  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting.

  • Analyze past financial performance and identify trends to improve financial outcomes.

  • Provide analysis of trends and forecasts and recommend actions for optimization.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Lead the annual budgeting process and monthly forecast updates.

  • Work closely with department heads to understand their financial needs and ensure alignment with overall company goals.

  • Prepare and review budget presentations for senior management.

Reporting

  • Prepare and distribute accurate financial reports, including variance analysis and explanations.

  • Develop dashboards and financial KPIs to monitor company performance.

  • Present financial results to senior management and stakeholders.

Financial Strategy

  • Support the development and implementation of financial strategies to achieve organizational goals.

  • Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.

  • Identify areas for cost reductions and operational improvements.

Ad-Hoc Analysis

  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and financial modeling to support business decisions.

  • Provide support for mergers and acquisitions, capital projects, and other financial initiatives.

Team Leadership

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of financial analysts.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the finance team.
