Financial & Business Control (Brussels, Belgium)

Bruxelles, Brussels, Belgium February 25, 2026

Make an impact in a growing organisation

Do you get energy from combining solid financial reporting and control with analysis and forward-looking insights? And do you enjoy working in a compact environment where Finance directly supports decision-making? Then this role at ProUnity in Brussels could be the next logical step in your Finance career.

At ProUnity, you work in a small and growing organisation where responsibilities come together. You contribute to a strong financial foundation while also looking ahead. You support management with insights, help further structure Finance & Administration and play an active role in improving financial steering and business performance.

Your impact at ProUnity

In this Financial & Business Controller position, you are responsible for safeguarding the quality, reliability and consistency of financial reporting while also strengthening business control. You translate financial data into analyses and insights that help steer the organisation.

You work closely with Finance, Operations and Management and act as a sparring partner on financial and business-economic topics. You ensure that the month-end close and reporting processes are well organised and that figures are accurate, consistent and clearly understood. In addition, you analyse trends, prepare forecasts and scenarios, and translate numbers into concrete insights, risks and improvement proposals.

Within Finance, you work alongside AR/AP colleagues who handle operational activities such as payments and accounts receivable and payable. This allows you to focus fully on financial oversight, reporting, analysis and control rather than transactional processes. The role fits a smaller organisational context where you are broadly involved and can truly make an impact with a hands-on mindset.

ProUnity is part of HeadFirst Group and plays an important role within the group’s digital talent ecosystem. As the organisation continues to grow, the importance of strong financial and business control increases. There is a clear need for reliable figures, structured reporting and deeper analysis. This role has been created to support that development and contributes directly to the sustainable strengthening of Finance within the local country organisation.

You are based in Brussels and work closely with colleagues in Hoofddorp and London. From time to time, you will also visit these locations for alignment and meetings.
