What Financial Planning & Analysis contributes to Cardinal HealthFinance oversees the accounting, tax, financial plans and policies of the organization, establishes and maintains fiscal controls, prepares and interprets financial reports, oversees financial systems and safeguards the organization's assets.Financial Planning & Analysis provides strategic partnership and objective guidance to business units. It leads cross functional efforts to enable forward looking, actionable insights with a focus on driving strategic value that influences key business decisions.Accountabilities International Medical Products and Distribution finance position covering Asia region with a hybrid of Distribution Markets and Direct MarketsFull Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) scope, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and analysisSupport in the annual budget and quarterly forecast processes, incorporating business initiatives, economic trends, and operational effectiveness. Aligns plans to business strategies and gains alignment from business partnersPrepares monthly financial reporting package, including variance and financial statement analysisIdentifies and executes upon process improvement opportunities, ensuring strong controls are in placePerforms customer and product profitability analysis. Identifies opportunities to drive revenue growth, margin expansion and a more favorable mixSupport Pricing which includes maintenance, pricing approval, pricing impact and profitability analysisEffectively liaises with accounting services provider and corporate accounting to ensure correct allocation of expensesAny ad hoc assignment and reporting to support Finance and Sales Management when requiredRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or related field1-2 years of relevant experience in FP&A or Accounting, preferably in multinational (MNC) environmentExperience and knowledge in MS Excel, SAP Hana or data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BIOther EssentialsTo work in line with Company cultures, values and ethicsTeam player with excellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and process skillsAbility to work independently, takes initiative and work with some ambiguityOutstanding attention to detail and working on large data setsAbility to communicate complex data and technical tools in a simple, easily understood mannerCandidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, without a college degree, and Veterans are encouraged to apply.
