Operating on this platform leverage, the company then offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans and BNPL, sourced by its financial partner.  About the Role:  We are looking for a person for finance & operations who have an experience from a fintech company or any related entity and can deal or manage the high volume data.  Expectations/ Requirements: - End to end tracking and reconciliation of Business transactions from various channels. -Reconcile the Payables and Receivables timely and report in case of any discrepancies -Inter company reconciliation on a regular basis  - Contribute to the Process Improvement and to overall operational control system. - Support to the Financial Controller - Audit – to ensure that data is regularly audited end to end and any discrepancies between point of sale and final billed amount can be accounted for. Superpowers/ Skills that will help you succeed in this role:  •Bachelor's degree/equivalent/CA Inter with 5-6 years’ experience or CA with 2-3 years’ experience in similar domain •Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping •Experience in Finance reconciliation process relating to Fintech/E-commerce •Experience with accounting software and online platforms.   Why join us:  1.
