Your New Role
As the Finance Operations Manager at Mister Sparky of San Antonio in San Antonio, Texas, you will own the day-to-day financial operations while serving as a key operational partner to leadership. This is not a task-only accounting role. You will manage workflows, strengthen controls, improve processes, and ensure financial operations support growth, profitability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage all accounting workflows including accounts payable, payroll processing, and monthly close
Oversee vendor payments, cash flow visibility, and bank activity to ensure operational stability
Prepare and remit sales tax reports accurately and on time
Coordinate payroll wire transfers and reconcile payroll invoices
Lead the preparation and finalization of monthly Profit and Loss statements
Partner with Accounts Receivable to ensure accurate reporting and operational alignment
Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements across finance operations
Maintain financial systems, documentation, and internal controls
Support leadership with operational insights and financial reporting
Serve as a trusted finance leader supporting day-to-day business operations
