What you will be doing:
- Oversee daily operations at the finance collection counter.
- Handle and respond to finance-related email requests.
- Monitor and follow up on aged receivables.
- Perform Accounts Receivable adjustments.
- Process other forms of receipts via non-finance collection counter.
- Manage GIRO and recurring credit card payment applications.
- Perform monthly reconciliations.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
You are:
- Experience in managing and reconciling petty cash.
- Skill in updating tracking lists for permit deposit refunds across all divisions.
- Capable of checking and verifying system-generated notices.
- Experience in preparing weekly call centre reports and creating duty rosters.
- Ability to manage cashier responsibilities and handle counter duties efficiently
