The Finance Manager will be responsible for

Lead Japan finance team including:

• Provide Finance leadership for business
• Develop Controllership infrastructure

Successfully integrate Japan finance:

• Standard financial reporting and metrics

Provide Controllership for Momentive Technologies in Japan

• Manage accounting services
• Active participant in Japan finance councils
• Ensure compliance with local statutory accounting and tax

Qualifications / Requirements:

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business
• 8+ years progressive financial experience
• Excellent English skills
• Knowledge of Japan and US GAAP

Desired:

• Public corporation experience
• CPA
• Knowledge and experience of ERP
• Familiarity with global finance issues
• 10-20% travel required
