Finance & Bus Operations Analyst (Staff Level)
Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in finance or related business operations Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline. At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance, business operations, or analytics. Strong analytical and reporting skills; proficiency in Excel, Tableau, PowerPoint or similar tools. Experience with financial planning, sales incentive plan support, and process optimization. Excellent communication in English & Chinese and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 5+ years of business operations or related experience. OR Associate's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or related field and 7+ years of business operations or related experience. Support pipeline and revenue forecasting, sales incentive plan support, and performance monitoring for assigned business units (e.g., Handset, Honor, Vivo). Provide reporting, data analytics, and sales opportunity tracking to drive commercial expansion. Collaborate with account managers and pricing teams to ensure accurate contract and pricing operations. Enable compliance tracking and support rebate program execution. Deliver business insights for leadership, connecting intelligence to decision-making. Participate in process enhancement initiatives, including AI adoption for operational efficiency.
